Return Policy

Stock Purchases may be returned within 30 days of reciept. Items accepted for return are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The return must be in the original packaging and must be returned by following specific instructions and a valid RA (Return Authorization) number. Any returns sent without prior authorization will not be credited. No returns are allowed on Non Stock, Factory Order or Custom Items. No Exceptions. Any return freight expenses are the customer’s responsibility. Please call our customer service department at 1-866-760-2796 or contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain an RA number prior to sending the merchandise. No items will be accepted without an RA number.

If we receive a package without an RA number clearly printed on the outside, the package may be rejected at which point the shipper will determine what they do with the package. We may not issue credit if product is not received in the conditions outlined in our policies such as but not limited to: parts missing, missing or damaged original cartons or packaging, missing packing materials, instructions or warranty papers missing or damaged, product shows signs of installation, or product is not otherwise re-sellable. Be sure these conditions are outlined in the "Return Authorization" letter which should be included in the package. If the item received by our returns department does not meet the outlined conditions, our returns department will notify you via e-mail and shall not be responsible for sending the package back to you, the customer.
